Hello and welcome to Food, Soul & Body!
My name is Christin Parcerisa and I have two passions: health and writing. I’ve been a journalist for over a decade focusing on lifestyle topics. During this time I’ve also read and studied about health and wellbeing; from nutrition, to sleep, and meditation. Food, soul and body is a project that I’ve wanted to launch for years and I couldn’t be happier to see it come alive.
What set it in motion? I recently started a certification at IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My lifelong passion for health and wellness is on the right path, and I wanted to share this journey.
Food, soul and body is a one-stop for everything related to self-care, health and wellness. Health is much more than just one thing, so here I’ll share tips and techniques to have a healthier life. I’ll write posts regarding nutrition, mental health, physical exercise and overall well-being. But, most importantly, I’ll share with you why this is important. It’s not just about what you “have” to do, but that you know what impact it has in your life, and even if that’s something that works for you. Having a healthy life is not about the rules that you have to follow, it is about nurturing yourself as an individual, with those things that work for you and that make you feel fulfilled.
My goal is to inspire you into making healthier choices that nourish your body, your soul and your plate. Health is not a destination, it’s a journey, and I’m thrilled to go through it with you.
